This mini drone was developed by UA Dynamics, founded in 2014 by veterans of the Ukrainian army who fought the Russians during the annexation of Crimea. According to the company’s website, the Punisher will be the lowest operating cost device in the world.

According to Yevgeny Bulatsev, boss of UA Dynamics, the Punisher will be able to carry out its mission autonomously “as soon as attack coordinates are entered into the system,” he told The Times.
