Marnie Simpson made a rare appearance with husband Casey Johnson on Monday night as they posed at the Geordie Shore screening at Soho House in London.

The 31-year-old reality star looked incredible in a black dress with floral cutouts as she got cozy with her former husband, who was competing on the X Factor.

The couple, who tied the knot in 2023 after already postponing their wedding to 2021 due to ongoing Covid restrictions, beamed as they posed on the red carpet.

Marnie turned heads in the figure-hugging dress, which she paired with a pair of black heels and a matching handbag.

Meanwhile, former Union J singer Casey wore a blue shirt, white skinny trousers and black boots.

Marnie, who has two sons Rox, four, and Oax, 20 months, with Casey, was also joined by her co-stars Chloe Ferry, Abbie Holborn, Chantelle Connelly and Sophie Kasaei.

This comes after fans were furious last year after Casey's band Union J canceled their reunion tour without any public notice.

The band first rose to fame as contestants on The X Factor in 2012, where they came fourth in the competition and later signed a record deal with Sony.

Although the group officially disbanded in 2019, they announced in December 2022 that they would reunite for a reunion tour in spring 2023.

They were due to perform in Newcastle, Manchester, Glasgow, Birmingham and Liverpool.

But on Twitter, one fan expressed her anger after receiving an email saying her ticket to the Liverpool Empire Theater concert had been refunded.

The email said: “Due to unforeseen circumstances, the show organizers have unfortunately made the difficult decision to cancel the performance, which was scheduled to take place on June 3, 2023.”

“We understand the disappointment this will cause and apologize for any inconvenience.”

The fan addressed the band and captioned the post, “Their silence on all this is actually disrespectful.”

Responding to a comment about whether this was just for Liverpool or not, she said the cancellation was for the “entire tour” and said: “I don't know why they haven't said anything.”

Other fans were also upset, with one writing: “So Union J posts on the personal accounts but hasn't said anything about canceling the tour!”

Another wrote: “Guys, please don't use the band's Insta account to promote your own stuff when you can't even give us a reason why there isn't a tour (yet). You're just going to add fuel to the fire.'

The group was formed as a four-piece on the talent show alongside George Shelley, who left the group in 2016. They were initially signed to RCA Records and released their first single in June 2013.

Stereo Kicks singer and future Ex On The Beach star Casey Johnson, who shares two children with Marnie Simpson, replaced George in 2016 but bosses soon dropped him.

The band was scheduled to perform five special shows in 2023 as part of their reunion tour.

They also had dates planned for their May tour in Newcastle and Glasgow – both of which were cancelled.

Union J representatives have been contacted for comment.
