The artist died in London in July at the age of 56. “The coroner therefore stopped work on it [investigação de] his death,” a representative from the Southwark Court of Justice in London told TMZ.

At the time, British police authorities reported that the “death was not being treated as suspicious.”

Friends told how they were “surprised” by the sudden death at home. Sinead excitedly showed off her new apartment to fans in a video message in early July and planned to release her new album and tour in 2024.

“Action plan” for children

Sinéad O'Connor left an “action plan” for her children in the event of a sudden death.

In People magazine in 2021, the famous woman explained how her children should behave if she died suddenly. The singer was concerned with protecting her music, her assets and her legacy preventing others from taking over her children and harming them.
