Mexican actor Adan Canto died this Monday at the age of 42, his representative Jennifer Allen confirmed to CNN on Tuesday. Canto, who starred in productions such as “X-Men,” “Narcos” and “Blood and Oil,” privately battled appendix cancer. His most famous role was that of Aaron Shore in the television series Designated Survivor.
The actor was honored by Fox TV, the network where he played gangster Arman Morales in the series “The Cleaning Lady.” “He will always be our Arman. Adan Canto, your memory will last forever. We cry with Adan’s family, friends and fans,” Fox posted this Tuesday on his X account – formerly Twitter.
The Coahuila native, although he spent much of his life in Texas, developed his career as an actor since 2009, when he appeared in two episodes of the series Estado de Gracia on the Mexican public television Once TV. Canto also developed a career as a musician with songs such as “It cost me to live” and “Háblame de Amor”.
