Alexandre Correa filed a police report against Ana Hickmann's lawyer Henrique Ávila on Tuesday evening (9). The businessman accuses him of defamation because he stated in an interview that he “assaulted and attacked his exwife,” that he was taking “crazy measures” against the presenter and that he wanted to “become a victim.”

O TV news had access to the document. The crime of defamation is provided for in Article 138 of the Penal Code and consists of falsely blaming another person for a crime.
The businessman himself turned to the 23rd DP in Perdizes, in the West Zone of São Paulo, to formalize the complaint. The delegate on duty welcomed this and advised him about the possible filing of a criminal complaint.
“Victim [foi] is based on the sixmonth deadline for filing a criminal complaint against the perpetrator/the party under investigation in court by a licensed lawyer. “It is recognized that the limitation period begins from the date of knowledge of authorship, not from the date of the offense,” the bulletin says.
In an interview with Folha de S. Paulo columnist Mônica Bergamo, Ávila explained that Correa took “crazy measures” to become a victim of the case.
“He attacked and robbed his exwife and now he is taking crazy measures to become a victim. The victim is Ana. But she is no longer as vulnerable as she was when she was married to him and the person who was attacked,” the professional said.
The Report contacted Ana Hickmann's advisers and defense team but did not receive a response as of this writing.
Alienation of parents
Correa even reported his exwife to the InterAmerican Commission on Human Rights for changing the dates on which he would meet his nineyearold son. It was agreed that the boy would stay with his father from January 3rd to 9th, but the dates were postponed to the period between January 9th and 17th due to the vacation of the presenter who was traveling with him.
Contrary to the allegations made by Ana's exhusband, there are records from January 3rd showing that the boy's paternal grandfather picked him up to have the weekly meeting with Alexandre Correa at 6 p.m. According to the team of moderators, the lawyer representing the businessman, Diva Carla Bueno Nogueira, was informed at 9 a.m. and agreed to the change of date.
Initially, father and son were supposed to stay together between January 3rd and 9th. However, Record singer Ana Hickmann's vacation was planned between January 3rd and 10th. The mother stated that she was taking her son on a trip with friends and asked him to stay with his father from January 9th to 17th.
The Record presenter had already returned once when she was supposed to hand her son over to his father in December. On the 22nd of this month, she was summoned by a court official to her home in Itu, inland São Paulo. Ana agreed to contribute to the court decision to hand the boy over to her ex at the right time.

“This shows once again the malice and intention of Alexandre Correa to make himself a victim and to deflect his responsibilities as a father, partner and citizen.
We deplore the manner in which the parent uses psychological abuse and emotional blackmail to achieve his own benefit, disregarding the wellbeing of his son, who has shown sadness and discomfort in various situations.
This is a relentless attempt to intimidate and embarrass Ana Hickmann, cause procedural unrest, and trivialize physical and emotional violence. The determination of the vacation begins this Tuesday (9) as agreed between both parties and will be strictly observed, as well as the visits listed below:
1st visit: December 11th
2nd visit: December 18th
3rd visit: December 26th
4th visit: March 1st
