Sunrise presenter Katie Brown may be one of Australia's hardest-working television journalists.
The Channel Seven star, 32, shared a glimpse of her hectic daily schedule on Instagram on Tuesday, which saw her take two interstate flights and host several interviews.
She started her day at 3.30am after staying up until midnight to enjoy a “movie marathon” before heading to Seven Studios at 5.30am to host Sunrise Sport.
Katie had breakfast at 6.30am before heading to Sydney Airport at 9am for her flight to Brisbane.
Upon arrival in the Queensland capital, the presenter gave six interviews before sitting down to a gourmet buffet lunch at midday.

“Katie is simply a country kid who appeals to any audience with her no-nonsense style,” they told the publication on Monday.
They continued: “Some people behind the scenes have quietly expressed that Mark's flashy lifestyle may not always resonate with viewers.”
“The irony in all of this is that Beretta is one of Katie's biggest supporters and has been almost a mentor to her,” they added.
When the reports were published, Mark had only just signed a new contract to stay with Sunrise for another two years and some raised eyebrows at the short length of the contract.
