An 11yearold child became the target of a shooting when the police approached. The situation occurred when police officer Greg Capers met Aderrien Murry. The victim was attacked by the agent from Mississippi in the United States. Through a video released by the State Department of Public Security it is possible to see the scene.

The Indianola officer arrived at Aderrien Murray's home last May after the child called police because his father had threatened his mother. However, the video was only released this week. It can also be seen that Capers shot the unarmed boy in the chest when he saw the boy enter the room and raise his hands.

Although the child survived, he suffered serious injuries and had to undergo expensive medical treatment. In December, the American justice system decided not to charge Capers to ensure he had no criminal intent when he shot Murry.

As a result, a civil lawsuit was filed against Capers in the city of Indianola and its police chief, with the family seeking $5 million in compensation for the officer's alleged “reckless disrespect.”
