The feature is currently available in the iOS 24.1.10.70 beta, which is not yet publicly available. It was discovered through submission to the TestFlight beta program with a TestFlight version of 24.1.10.
According to information on the website, the feature allows users to choose from a color palette to change elements of the app's interface. This feature appears to be in response to feedback from beta testers who did not like the green hue of the previous WhatsApp beta update, whose build version was 23.21.1.70.

What colors will be available on WhatsApp?
