The exhibition “A Beautiful Italian Story,” a photography exhibition at the Ostiense train station in Rome, is open to the public this weekend and until January 31st. “Sixth Power” with Francesco Montanari and Cristiano Caccamo
“Sesto Potere” will be performed at Ambra Jovinelli, the exciting theater performance written and directed by Davide Sacco with Francesco Montanari and Cristiano Caccamo. In a remote warehouse, three boys are paid by an extremist party to create fake news and manipulate the upcoming political elections. The night before the election silence, a well-known television host interviews the deputy secretary of the party the boys work for, which gets him into trouble and makes him look bad in front of the entire country. The boys casually watch live television and fear that this could jeopardize their work, so they decide to stop spreading fake news against the opposing party and instead directly defame the television presenter. Edoardo Leo introduces “Luigi Proietti, known as Gigi”.
Edoardo Leo will also be among the guests at the Casa del Cinema in January. The actor will present the documentary Luigi Proietti, known as Gigi, a moving and sympathetic tribute to the great Gigi Proietti, whom Leo accompanied on his last tour. The protagonist of the show is Strega Bistrega, a stubbornly ignorant witch, a survivor of an ancient and outdated witchcraft tradition. She has to find food, and that's not easy. Terraces and open courtyards in Torpignattara
Sunday January 14th, terraces and courtyards in Torpignattara reopen. The event opens with the flash mob parade and the music of the Malamurga, which starts at the “Cannone”, then crosses Via di Torpignattara and ends in Sangalli Park. Courtyards, terraces and private gardens will then open to host exhibitions, artistic performances, street performers, music, juggling, photography and much more.
