The 36-year-old actress was dressed head to toe in camouflage gear and sported flaming red hair as they filmed the romantic scene on set in New Jersey.
Just days after joining Taylor Swift for dinner in New York City, she donned layers of camouflage clothing and wore tan Chelsea boots as she returned to filming the romantic drama.
The Gossip Girl alum, who married 47-year-old Ryan Reynolds in 2012 and shares four children with the Deadpool actor, was also seen toting around a brown leather bag.
The 39-year-old Jane the Virgin star also wore an unusual ensemble herself, donning a black T-shirt and a rainbow unicorn onesie.

“It Ends With Us” is directed by Baldoni, written by Christy Hall and based on the novel of the same name by Colleen Hoover.
Baldoni will also serve as an executive producer on the film alongside Lively and Hoover.
Apparently Lively and Baldoni filmed a scene from the book in which Ryle wore a onesie because a nearby bar offered free beer to the decked-out players during a Boston Bruins game.
On the same day, Lively and Baldoni also had another costume change to film a different scene.
The blonde beauty was seen in a strapless brown tea dress, teamed with an orange button-down dress that fastened with a knot and a pair of shiny high boots.
He wore an all-black outfit and was seen with a bandage on his arm as well as costume makeup and fake blood on his face, apparently from a fight scene.
While Lively was filming the intense scene, she had a serious and worried look on her face as she walked next to Baldoni.
“It Ends With Us” tells the story of a young woman named Lily Bloom, played by Lively.

They were apparently filming a scene from Colleen Hoover's book of the same name, in which Ryle wears a onesie during a sports game to score free beer at a local bar
At one point, she was seen standing on her tiptoes to get closer to him during their kissing scene
He had the sleeves of the romper tied around his waist and was wearing an otherwise casual outfit with sneakers and a black T-shirt
They were later seen walking together after Baldoni threw on a coat. They both rubbed their hands together to warm themselves

“It Ends With Us” is set to premiere later this summer on June 21st.
