The One Show was thrown into chaos when Bradley Walsh almost broke the sofa in Friday's episode.
New Gladiator presenters Bradley, 63, and his son Barney Walsh, 26, sat on the sofa, along with Alan Carr, Amanda Holden and actor Robson Green.
While presenters Alex Jones and Roman Kemp were chatting to guests, the interview descended into chaos when Bradley pushed himself to the end of the sofa and found himself falling off the sofa.
What Bradley didn't know was that his part of the sofa was an attachment that wasn't securely connected to the main part of the sofa.
As his part of the sofa began to tip over, the Chase host began to fall and almost flew over, not realizing that his seat was the ottoman part of the furniture.

Alex and Roman exclaimed, reaching forward to try and defuse the situation before the studio erupted in laughter.
Bradley got back to his feet, grabbed his part of the sofa and joked, “You never fixed that!” You never fixed that!'
Meanwhile, Robson tried to downplay the situation by teasing: “The good thing is, no one saw it!”
Bradley then added: “No. Nobody saw it.'
Fans joked about Bradley's fall on Twitter, with one sharing a clip of the incident, writing: “Bradley Walsh falls out of his chair on #TheOneShow,” alongside some laughing emojis.
Another added: “Graham Norton would do well to have that couch! #TheOneShow.”
A second wrote: “Bradley Walsh fell off his chair on #TheOneShow.”
The appearance on the show is intended to promote the reboot of iconic game show Gladiators after former Gladiators host Ulrika Jonsson criticized the show's upcoming BBC reboot, calling it “woke”.

The 56-year-old TV personality, who hosted the series from 1992 to 2000, revealed she had been given a screening of the new series during an appearance on Lorraine on Friday.
They said: “It brought tears to my eyes, they kept the music and the general feel,” before criticizing the new show for no longer featuring cheerleaders.
“I don't know if it's some kind of excitement, the point is that the cheerleaders brought it to another level.”
The original series featured the scantily clad troupe G-Force, a group of eight women who performed a variety of dance routines alongside the contestants and gladiators, but will not be returning for the reboot.
Recalling the original series, UIrika revealed that there was a lot of saucy goings on behind the scenes after she made headlines with Hunter, whose real name was James Crossley.
However, in her final television appearance, she did not name him as her favorite gladiator and instead chose Saracen (Michael Lewis).
I remember the muscle-bound stars: “It was like they were on drugs, well, they were probably on different types of drugs.” But they were so excited.
“You don’t build a body like that without a lot of vanity,” she told the Telegraph.
“But this was their moment and they were very excited.” There was a lot of bed-hopping. “The producers put them all on one floor in the hotel, which made it easy.”
