Love Island's Amber Davies has revealed there are no hard feelings between her and ex Kem Cetinay as they are still in touch.
The 27-year-old actress is set to take part in the new series of Dancing On Ice, which starts on Sunday, and revealed she has turned to her former boyfriend for advice.
When she heard the news that she would be joining the line-up for the skating show, she told Web: “When I got the gig I called Kem and he said, 'Oh my God, good luck.'” It is difficult.''
She added that the couple, who won the third series of Love Island before splitting four months later, were still very close and admitted he had given her advice via text message.
The West End star said: “We wrote to each other a few weeks ago – he just said don't be a bastard!”
She added that despite the pressure, she intends to go further in the competition than Kem.

The West End star, 27, won the third series of the hit dating show with Kem, also 27, before confirming their split four months later (pictured in 2017).
She said: “There's nothing more motivating than your ex-boyfriend doing the show.” I have to get past Kem, that's the goal. I have to defeat the ex!'
TV presenter Kem, 27, appeared on Dancing On Ice in 2018 and came fourth alongside his professional partner Alex Murphy.
Amber and Kem shot to fame in 2017 when they won the hit ITV2 dating show and bagged the incredible £50,000 prize which they agreed to share.
After her stint on Love Island, Amber turned to musical theater and went from strength to strength with appearances in the musicals 9 to 5, Bring It On, Back to the Future and Pretty Woman.
And despite appearing on an episode of The Kardashians last month, after Kim Kardashian saw her appearance in Back to the Future during a trip to London, Amber revealed she thought her television career was over.
She said: “I thought TV life, the ship had sailed.” I thought I would never do TV again.
“When Dancing on Ice came to me I thought, 'Wow!' I mean, it's not a show about personality, it's a skill. It was kind of my thing.
“I thought it would be really nice for the public to see me as I am now, rather than who I was when I was 20, and see how I've grown and become an adult.”
Amber has now said she is back in touch with her ex and the pair have been messaging each other as she prepares for the ice skating show

Amber said her goal was to get further in the competition than Kem, and when they messaged her a few weeks ago, he gave her some good advice: it's “hard” and “don't be crap.”
Amber will join a star-studded cast for the new series including Coronation Street star Ryan Thomas, boxer Ricky Hatton, Olympian Greg Rutherford, S Club singer Hannah Spearritt and Emmerdale actress Roxy Shahidi
“I'm a completely different person. “I honestly thought this opportunity would never come, so I'm really grateful.”
When speaking about the process, Amber said she was determined to do well and do it for the girls.
“There hasn't been a female winner for eleven years. Even if it's not me, I hope there is a winner this year [because] there hasn't been one since 2013!
“I have no idea why, but I really hope the women come together this year and one of them holds the trophy at the end of this season.”
She added: “I would love it if it was me, but if not, then someone else.”
Amber will take part in the skating show alongside Coronation Street star Ryan Thomas, boxer Ricky Hatton, Olympian Greg Rutherford, S Club singer Hannah Spearritt and Emmerdale actress Roxy Shahidi.
