Three former champions are open to returning to compete in the men's Royal Rumble if contacted by WWE.
There are still about 15 days until the men's Royal Rumble. Many WWE fans are excited to see who will make a surprise appearance this year. In recent years, several top stars have returned as surprise entrants to the men's Royal Rumble. This list includes Edge, Bad Bunny and Booker T.
Former tag team champion Rico and former hardcore champion Maven recently appeared as guests on Rene Dupree's Cafe de Rene podcast. A fan asked the three former champions if they would return for a one-off appearance at the Royal Rumble. They all said they would answer the call if they received it.
“I would,” Dupree said. “I would,” Rico also said. “Absolutely. Yes.” Maven added. “That’s a yes across the board,” Dupree said.

There are four matches included on the WWE Royal Rumble 2024 card
WWE has announced four matches for the 2024 Royal Rumble event. Kevin Owens is expected to challenge Logan Paul for the US Championship. Meanwhile, Roman Reigns will defend his WWE Undisputed Universal Championship against Randy Orton. , LA Knight and AJ Styles in a huge Fatal Four-Way Match.
The card also features the men's and women's Royal Rumble matches. Several top RAW and SmackDown superstars have confirmed their participation in the men's Royal Rumble, including Cody Rhodes, CM Punk, Bobby Lashley, Shinsuke Nakamura and Drew McIntyre. Meanwhile, Bayley, Bianca Belair, Becky Lynch and Nia Jax have also signed up for the women's Royal Rumble.
