Holly Willoughby shared her first dress from Dancing On Ice while hinting at her nervousness ahead of her first TV appearance on Sunday since her exit from This Morning.
The 42-year-old presenter, who co-hosts with Stephen Mulhern, 46, looked incredible in a stunning silver tank dress.
Taking to Instagram an hour before the ITV skate show aired, Holly confidently wrote alongside her snap: “Let's do this one sequin at a time.”
The blonde beauty looked happy and relaxed before returning to screens after her three-month break.
Web exclusively revealed last month that Holly would be returning to the show after quitting This Morning amid an alleged plot to kidnap and murder her.

Nicola Appleton added: “There she is!! You look beautiful!! I can't wait!❄️ ⛸️ xxx'
On Friday, Holly broke her social media silence for the first time, posting a picture of the Dancing On Ice script.
Alongside the photo, which appears to have been taken at her home, Holly wrote: “And so it begins…” alongside an emoji of an ice skate and a smiling face.
The cast met for a photocall earlier this week where they took official pictures and took part in interviews, but Holly wasn't in attendance.
The Mirror then reported that Holly – who attended the photoshoot last year – skipped the photocall to concentrate on rehearsals with her new co-host Stephen.

A source told the publication of this year's event: “Holly doesn't want any distractions at the moment, which is why she wasn't at the photoshoot.”
“And for them it’s more about rehearsals and getting the series off to a good start with a new co-host.”
“She puts all her energy into the show.” Holly is a consummate professional and, as always, will put her heart and soul into the series with Stephen.”
Although she wasn't at the group cast photocall, the first official photos of new co-hosts Holly and Stephen have been revealed.
The Mail on Sunday revealed she had met Stephen, 46, for photographs two weeks earlier – just days after her first public appearance since early October, when a former security guard from Essex was charged with contacting a hitman in the US to kidnap and murder.
It is understood she and Stephen did not meet the show's judges, including Olympic gold medalists Jayne Torvill and Christopher Dean, but instead had their own private shoot in a studio in London.
A friend said: “It was quite an emotional day, it felt like the start of a routine after months of being at home and shutting herself off from the outside world.”
“But Holly has always loved wearing dreamy princess dresses on Dancing On Ice, it was always time to get all dolled up.”

It was a doubly special reunion with Stephen, the much-loved and long-standing ITV star who hosts the new editions of Deal Or No Deal and Catchphrase, as he was by her side when she got her first big break almost 20 years ago had on television.
The pair hosted ITV morning children's shows Ministry Of Mayhem and Holly & Stephen's Saturday Showdown when they were in their 20s and they have shared an unbreakable bond ever since.
“It really changed Holly's mindset knowing that Stephen would be with her all the time.” “It really made her smile,” the friend added.
“Phil was with her for years and suddenly he was gone. It's special for Holly to be working with Stephen again at such a pivotal moment in her career.
“Whether it was a dilemma for Holly to return to Dancing On Ice, a gentle persuasion from Stephen definitely helped seal the deal.”
On Sunday at 6.30pm Holly will co-host the show – whose stars include Love Island's Amber Davies, Eddie 'the Eagle' Edwards and former Brookside actress Claire Sweeney, from the ITV studio at the old RAF base in Bovingdon, Hertfordshire.
