Criminals who allegedly riddled the wrong apartment building with bullets in Laval last week retaliated by shooting at a neighboring house in the Chomedey district early Monday morning.

The shooting happened around 5:30 a.m. on Boulevard de Normandie, near the intersection of Avenue D'Alençon.
Several shots were fired at the garage door of the apartment building, which belongs to an 86-year-old man who is not known in police circles.

No one was injured and the suspects had already fled before the police arrived.
Just last Tuesday morning, numerous shots were fired at a neighboring house.

The bullets had penetrated the living room window and the wall of a bedroom where a woman in her 20s was sleeping peacefully. Fortunatly nobody was hurt.

According to police, the suspects had the wrong address and shot at the wrong apartment.
