“I kind of feel like the Giants threw me out. I've said it before, they sent me to Cleveland to die,” Beckham Jr. said, adding that he thought he saw better offers on the table for him but that the New York organization chose the worst possible destination .

“You can’t tell me that’s the best return you can get for me!”

In March 2019, the Giants traded “OBJ” and linebacker Olivier Vernon to the Browns for safety Jabrill Peppers, guard Kevin Zeitler, and first- and third-round picks in that year's draft.

Beckham Jr. previously earned three Pro Bowl invitations and had four 1,000-yard seasons in five years.

The athlete played less than three seasons for the Ohio club and was released in November 2021. A few months later he won the Super Bowl wearing the Los Angeles Rams jersey.

He seriously injured his knee during the championship game and had to miss the 2022 season. This year he moved to the Baltimore Ravens. In 14 regular season games, he caught 35 passes for 565 yards and three touchdowns.

The Ravens begin their playoff journey this Saturday with a visit to the Houston Texans at M&T Bank Stadium. The Maryland team received a bye to the first round of the playoffs after finishing the season in first place in the American NFL Association rankings.
