In the thrilling episode, Diane was “killed” during the mission and placed in a coffin after receiving the poisoned chalice from traitor Miles.
He was then exposed as a traitor by the others at the round table and banished from the game.
In the funeral scene, host Claudia Winkleman led participants through the castle grounds as they answered a series of questions that slowly excluded people until Diane was finally killed.
The popular TV personality looked incredible in a black suit, tie and white shirt as she strutted her stuff.

Diane was locked in a coffin by Claudia, a brutal and horrific exit from the popular BBC competition

Viewers had to wait an agonizing five days to find out whether Diane had been “murdered” after Miles handed her the dreaded chalice.
The traitors had chosen Diane as their target, but her lips had to touch the chosen chalice for her to be “killed.” Friday's episode ended on a tense cliffhanger as fans remained hopeful that she would refuse to drink from the chalice and stay inside for the game.
Viewers took to Twitter to share their anger that Diane had been struck down by the traitors, posting GIFs of people crying and storming away.
However, a major twist resulted in Diane still showing up for breakfast the next morning, as host Claudia Winkleman revealed she wouldn't be killed off straight away.
She confirmed: “What the traitors don’t know is that the poison doesn’t work immediately. Breakfast tomorrow will be very interesting.”
The traitors were then quite shocked when they showed up the next morning and saw Diane sitting at the breakfast table, even though they thought they had murdered her.
On camera, Miles said: “When I saw Diane sitting there, I thought, 'Aren't you dead?'”
While Harry said: “Diane is still sitting there, did we murder the wrong person?” and Paul added: “Massive shock, Diane is just sitting there, I didn't expect that!”
Claudia then announced, “Yesterday one of you was poisoned.” While their target is alive and well, if they are sitting here now, they will be dead at the end of today's mission.
“Think of today as a slow march to certain death. “Please dress appropriately to pay your final respects.”
Theories quickly circulated about how the worshipers might have been poisoned, and Diane immediately shared her suspicions. She said: “I was kissed by someone yesterday and I thought it was strange.”
Then Diane questioned Miles – who is a traitor and condemned her with the poisoned chalice – and asked him: “You gave me a glass of sparkling rose.”
However, he defended himself by saying: “I just didn't want the carbonated rose.”

Diane believed him and added on camera: “Evie and Miles both gave me a drink last night. I trust them completely. I’d be pretty upset if I found out they were traitors.”
Contestants then had to attend a funeral where they had to find out who had been murdered by the traitors before Diane was eliminated from the show at the end of the challenge.
After answering a series of questions, they narrowed the investigation down to Diane, Paul and Evie, who were possibly murdered, and the trio were subsequently forced to climb into coffins.
The group then correctly suspected that Diane had been murdered by the traitors by being locked in a coffin by Claudia, signifying her elimination from the show.
