Queens stabbing suspect Jermain Rigueur, 27, has been charged with attempted murder after stabbing five people in two weeks.

“Our investigators believe each of these assaults was committed by the same individual,” said NYPD Commissioner Edward Caban.

According to police, the first attack occurred on Jan. 9 against a 61-year-old man who was stabbed in the lower back on 137th Avenue near 157th Street.

Detective Joe Kenny claimed the suspect “laughed at the victim's face” after stabbing him.

The second attack occurred on Jan. 16, when Rigueur allegedly stabbed a 34-year-old woman getting off a bus at Guy Brewer Boulevard and 134th Avenue.

The NYPD began a frantic search for the suspect after another attack at the same location on Wednesday.
