Michèle Richard paid tribute to her former accomplice Serge Laprade in a message published on her Facebook page on Thursday morning.

“Serge Laprade is no more. These words are very difficult for me this morning. We spoke at Christmas, it's a part of my life that has disappeared. My heart is sad. My condolences to Daniel, her partner and her family,” wrote the famous singer and actress, who is currently on vacation abroad.
Serge Laprade and Michèle Richard co-hosted the show Garden Party on TQS (Noovo) in the 1980s until the latter slammed the door with a bang in 1989. Her departure, Era, spilled a lot of ink and ended their friendship. But after a 27-year break, the duo finally reconciled and appeared on stage for the show La tour des idoles in 2016.
