Michelle Trachtenberg has hit out at “haters” who have expressed concern about her health.
The 38-year-old “Buffy the Vampire Slayer” alum criticized critics who discussed her appearance on social media, sparking concerns for her well-being.
Last week, Trachtenberg posted a selfie with “Spy Kids” star Alexa PenaVega and wrote, “These kids…now adults getting our roots/hair done!” I love this girl @vegaalexa.”
But the Gossip Girl star's comments section was flooded with endless messages from concerned fans, some saying she looked “sick.”
“Explain to me how sick I look,” the “Ice Princess” actress replied. “Did you lose a calendar and not realize that I'm not 14 but 38? How sad that you would leave such a comment.”
The fan soon apologized, saying that he meant “no disrespect” with the comment and that it was a genuine concern.

Trachtenberg shared another selfie later in the day, writing, “I've received several comments about my appearance lately. I have never had plastic surgery, I am happy and healthy. Check yourself as a hater.
But the post only encouraged more fans to voice their concerns about the actress' health.
After being harassed with further comments, Trachtenberg returned to the social media platform to share another selfie of her new hairstyle.

Actress Kristin Chenoweth commented: “Ignore the hate baby! You are breathtaking!!!”
