Anthea Turner has given her fans advice on how to survive a divorce in her new book after enduring two failed marriages.
The 63-year-old TV veteran was previously married to his ex-husband Grant Bovey for 13 years, but the couple split after he cheated on her with a woman half her age in 2013.
Anthea's first marriage was to her manager, former DJ Peter Powell, in 1990, the couple separated eight years later.
She has now offered advice for a healthy divorce, including three main tips: “Put the blame aside, put the children first and avoid lawyers for as long as possible.”
Anthea also wrote alongside the Instagram video: “Divorce is always a sensitive topic and no two are exactly the same.” I was like a rabbit in the headlights and everyone seemed to have some advice.

Anthea is now in a happy relationship with her fiancé Mark Armstrong.
The couple have been engaged since 2019, but postponed their wedding to November 2022, choosing to celebrate it in Italy later this year.
The twice-married TV star had previously postponed the wedding due to Covid restrictions, the death of both parties' beloved mothers and an eye injury that left her blind for just a few moments.
She told the Chron's Richard Eden that the lavish wedding would now take place in Italy, saying: “We'll definitely do it next year!”
In 2020, Anthea and Mark spoke to HELLO! about their engagement, which had taken place a year earlier.

Anthea described her partner, 57, as “the love of her life” and said: “We love each other, he makes me smile every day and we look forward to our life together.”
Just two months after their first date, Mark promptly proposed to his fiancée.
This comes after Anthea recently revealed that she was “accidentally” speaking to Sister Wendy again.
Anthea and her 56-year-old journalist sister stopped communicating while embroiled in a years-long feud.
The duo refused to explain in detail why they fell out so dramatically many years ago, but discussed reuniting during a joint appearance on Lorraine.
Anthea also admitted that her mother Jean's death had brought them closer together. Jean died of pneumonia in May 2022 at the age of 91.
When asked how they got on good terms again, Anthea admitted: “It was an accident,” before Wendy explained that it was because of a WhatsApp message she sent to her father Brian.
She recalled: “I was with mom and dad. Mom was still alive. Dad had problems with WhatsApp on his cell phone. I sent you [Anthea] A WhatsApp message and you called dad and asked, “How did you send a WhatsApp message?”

The sisters also discussed how losing their mother, June, and cleaning out their belongings gave them a greater appreciation for each other.
Anthea admitted: “Emotionally we underestimated how difficult it is. “You have to get rid of things from your childhood.
“Mom was a hoarder. I'm glad my sister was there to do this. It must be really hard as an only child.'
