Galilea Montijo is one of the most beautiful and sexy women on Spanish television. It is no exaggeration to call her one of the greatest Latin divas of today, although she finds it funny to be called a diva. “I work too much to be a diva”, he explained in an interview with Yahoo Life and Style. “I am not complaining. “I have a job and it’s a blessing,” is a phrase she learned from the grandmother who raised her in Guadalajara. He's also in good health, although he's been struggling with it lately. Energy and clarity, Galilea Montijo's physical goals
When he was younger, his physical efforts focused on fighting obesity. “This battle has been a lifelong one,” he admitted. But now it's about fatigue. Your goal is to feel full of energy. Montijo confessed that she suffered from the brain fog that is typical for many perimenopausal or menopausal women. “I understood my mother like never before when she said, 'Pass me…'” he said. Currently and since 2001, Galilea Montijo can be seen on the screen of “Hoy”, Televisa's morning show, but also takes part as a guest in other projects. She ended 2023 as host of “La Casa de los Famosos México” and has been the main presenter of the telethon in Mexico and the United States for years, as well as other commitments outside of television.
The Adventure of Premio Lo Nuestro
This year he expanded his portfolio of responsibilities to include the management of the output of 2024 Lo Nuestro Award (PLN), with his compatriot Angélica Vale and the Dominican presenter, actress and model Clarissa Molina. Although he has done it twice before, it is the first time he has presented a program of this kind with an all-female team.
