Ed Kelce ruled out the question of whether his son Travis Kelce would sign a prenup if he and girlfriend Taylor Swift got engaged.
The Kelce patriarch gave a vague answer to a question from Audacy radio show “92.3 The Fan” hosts Baskin and Phelps, who suggested that the “Cruel Summer” singer's billionaire status exceeds the Kansas City Chiefs tight end's net worth.
“I think you get to a point. I don't know that Taylor is out there trying to make money and build this huge empire,” Ed explained on Friday's episode.
“I think she’s out there following her passion and doing what she knows how to do and what she enjoys. People just throw money at her, you know what I mean.”

Ed left the conversation awkwardly as the hosts then pressed him to meet the 12-time Grammy winner for the first time.
Although Ed didn't specify the date, he recalled being at Travis' house in Kansas City, Missouri, before a football game when Swift, 34, walked in – and admitted he didn't know who she was.
“When Travis brings a lot of friends into town for the game, everyone meets at his house even though he's not there because he's with the team,” he explained, adding that the NFL's closest friends take a shuttle from his home to Arrowhead Stadium.

“Taylor comes in with a security guard and I look at them and say [to my girlfriend] “Oh my God, I know this kid, but I don’t know what her name is,” Ed recalls.

“Jeez, you know, like a real idiot. And [my girlfriend] says: “You don’t know her? That's Taylor Swift, you idiot.'”
Ed went on to say that his family's life has changed since Travis became a pop culture phenomenon when he went public with Swift in September 2023.

“Everywhere you go, eyes are on you,” he added. “More people are recognizing us since he started dating Taylor. I will be [at] At the grocery store, someone will smile and say, “Hey!” Come over and say it [hi]and I have no idea who they are.”
While Swift has been photographed several times at Travis' games with his mother Donna Kelce, the hitmaker has been spotted occasionally I'm talking to Ed.
The first time was Ed and Swift seen together was at the Chiefs vs. Denver Broncos game in October 2023.

He later gushed about the “Karma” singer in an Oct. 23 interview with People, describing her as “a very, very sweet, very charming, down-to-earth young woman.”
Meanwhile, Donna and Travis' brother Jason Kelce also appear to be big fans of Swift, as a possible engagement between her and the 34-year-old Chief star is still on the table.
Page Six previously reported that Travis plans to get down on one knee to mark their first anniversary in July.
