Joao Cancelo was not at all happy with his performance after returning from injury on Saturday as Barcelona embarrassed Villarreal 5-3 at home.
The Portugal international hasn't played since the start of the month but came on as a half-time substitute when Barca were behind.
Xavi's side managed to turn things around, leading 3-2 at one point, but then capitulated due to a terrible defensive performance.
This is what Cancelo said afterwards:
“We did the hardest thing, coming back, but we still conceded three goals,” he said.
“The blame lies solely with us. I'm talking about myself. It was a disaster. It was the worst 45 minutes of my career.
“Tomorrow we train because the sun always shines and the good thing about football is that we have another game on Wednesday and hopefully we can get the three points.”
Barcelona's defense was once again an absolute mess. For the first time since 1963, the Catalans scored five goals at home in La Liga.
Xavi's side have conceded 29 goals in La Liga so far this season – more than double Real Madrid's 14 goals conceded.
