The home is available for delivery in less than a week and was purchased for $30,000 before taxes and shipping.
The house will be located on one of his properties and will have a bathroom, a bedroom and a common room, claims user @gilgra2023 in an excerpt posted on TikTok.
As a basis for the transaction, the prefab house measures 19 feet by 20 feet and was designed by the company “Doinuo Stores”.
“There are several sizes available […] I wanted to get one [maison] which had enough space to earn a monthly income. The goal is to get $800 or $750. I think I will easily manage to get it,” he emphasizes in a publication that has been viewed more than a million times.
The American adds that the house models on Amazon are cheaper than those on Home Depot, he says.
The price range of the models is between $18,000 and $30,000, according to information on Amazon's US website. Purchasing via the Canadian platform is not possible.
Several netizens point out that purchasing small prefabricated houses is seen as a solution to combat the housing crisis.
According to the specialist site RentCafe, the average price of a home in the United States is over $1,700.
