Christie Brinkley has reflected on her future as she approaches her 70th birthday.
The supermodel, who said she's okay with “certain” wrinkles, also said she's open to romance but can cope without it.
In an interview with People ahead of her 70th birthday on Friday, the California-born beauty said when it comes to finding love, “There just doesn't seem to be anyone out there.”
“At the same time,” she continued. “I’m pretty comfortable with my life as it is, so, que será, será!”
The cover model, who has been married four times and has three children, believes it's better to find comfort in yourself first.

“I've always said my whole life that I think you have to be happy alone so that you get with a man for the right reasons and you don't hold on to him because you have to, you know?” Brinkley, who was at the top of the modeling business in the '70s, '80s and '90s, added.
Christie shares her eldest daughter Alexa Ray, 38, with her former husband Billy Joel, 74. Her son Jack is from her short marriage to Richard Taubman. Jack, 28, was later adopted by husband number four Peter Cook, who is also father to 25-year-old daughter Sailor Brinkley-Cook.
Bucket list items include travel. “I still have to see India.” I’ve never been to Tahiti or Thailand. I also want to go to Bali. “I have to eat, pray, love,” said the adventurous globetrotter.
“I love Italy and I want to be able to converse better,” she said, explaining that she hoped to take language lessons.
The entrepreneur remains busy with her company Bellissima and produces an organic still wine without sugar.
She is also a Ryze ambassador and promotes apoptogenic mushrooms. In the spring, Christie is set to join Xcel Brands Inc. and launch her fashion brand TWRHLL, named after her home on Long Island, New York.
“I want to inspire women of all ages and body types to confidently wear products that support their individual characteristics,” she told Inside Retail when announcing the collaboration in December 2023.
“Twrhll is a brand specifically tailored to these efforts.”

Christie said her future goals include philanthropy. “If TWRHLL becomes very successful, I would like to be able to do things that very successful people do with their money, giving back.” At 70, you sort of ask yourself, “What can I do to help others?”
In a social media post alongside the interview, Christie wrote: “I still have a few days left of my Sexy Sixties before I dance into my Sensational Seventies on February 2nd, but I already know it's going to be a spectacular year !”
“I know because that's my plan and I'm old enough to know that it's up to me to make it happen!” I used to always tell my kids: Go out and make it a great day, and now I tell myself that I will make it a great year!
I have made many close calls and feel lucky and grateful to be here. I just can't believe I got here so FAST! It's quicker, so my advice to all the young-ins out there…Love, laugh and LIVE IT!'
