The Hawkeye star, 27, and the Buffalo Bills quarterback, 27, were spotted in their black Range Rover in Laguna Niguel, California.
At some point, Allen got out to fill the car with gas. For the outing, he wore a casual outfit with a pink t-shirt, shorts and flip-flops. The athlete completed the look with sunglasses and a baseball cap.
The couple, who have been linked since May 2023, reportedly met up with friends in Dana Point.
It comes a week after his team was eliminated from the playoffs during a game against the Kansas City Chiefs, who will go to the Super Bowl.

Hailee showed up to Josh's game against the Jacksonville Jaguars in London in October, where she was caught cheering for him on the Jumbotron in a clip posted on X, formerly Twitter.
The athlete expressed his feelings about the media attention in a recent interview on the Pardon My Take podcast.
The sports star spoke about a July trip he took with Steinfeld and how photos emerged of the two sharing a passionate kiss on a boat.
