On Tuesday, Le Journal told the story of a civil servant who is fighting like hell in the holy waters against the Phénix salary system that has been ruining the lives of civil servants like him for almost eight years.

However, according to the Bloc Québécois, the pill does not work. Ottawa must act as quickly as possible to avoid such situations.
