Reese Witherspoon wants to “settle down” again.
The 47-year-old actress was originally married to Ryan Phillippe and has 24-year-old Ava and 20-year-old Deacon with her. And she split from talent agent Jim Toth, 53, in 2023 after 12 years together.
Now an insider has claimed she wants to meet “someone special” in the coming months.
The source told this week's issue of Us Weekly, “Reese hasn't been out on too many dates, but she has been hanging out with a few friends of friends.”
“She takes things very slowly. In an ideal world she would like to meet someone special in 2024 and settle down again at some point, but there is no pressure at the moment.”
Also on Wednesday, the star, who turns 48 in March, shared several pictures in which she showed off her toned legs while modeling spring clothes.

The Legally Blonde star, who has 10-year-old son Tennessee with Jim, recently explained that she went through a “vulnerable time” after her marriage ended.
She Harper's Bazaar Magazine: “It's interesting what happened to me.” When I was divorced before, the tabloids could tell people how I was feeling or what I was processing, and it felt completely out of control.

Reese has her third and final child, son Deacon, with her second husband Jim Roth, a talent agent, from whom she separated in 2023 (pictured in 2020 with Ava and Deacon).
They wrote on Instagram: “We have some personal news to share… It is with great care and consideration that we have made the difficult decision to divorce.”
“We have spent so many wonderful years together and move forward with deep love, kindness and mutual respect for everything we have created together.”
This came after she was spotted in Paris with her mini-me daughter Ava Phillippe.
They were spotted eating, drinking and sightseeing throughout the weekend.
The star posted fun photos on her Instagram account of her and her 24-year-old girl enjoying the City of Lights at upscale restaurants.
In one picture, both were seen enjoying white wine in long-stemmed glasses at a small outdoor bistro table with a small jar of peanuts in the middle.

Both women were dressed entirely in black. Reese wore a black coat over her shoulders with a black cardigan and pants.
Her child wore a black blazer with large gold buttons, tights and shiny underpants.
The ladies looked like twins as they had the same hair color and lip color as they enjoyed their time out in the busy bistro. And both wore jewelry made of shiny yellow gold.
They were also seen looking at large black and white photos in an art gallery. And they joined some of Reese's friends, like a woman named Jenny Belushi.
This happened after they shot for Paris Fashion Week.
The actress looked effortlessly stylish in all black, the only color at the Fendi show being her chic little red bag.
Reese's black mini dress featured long sleeves and a high neckline and she paired it with a pair of heels from Fendi.
In 2023, Reese appeared in a film – the romantic comedy Your Place Or Mine? – with Ashton Kutcher, who hasn't had a leading role in the film since 2013.
Later this year, she will star in the Amazon Prime comedy You're Cordially Invited opposite Will Ferrell.
The film follows the bride's father (Will) who discovers that his daughter's dream wedding venue is double booked for another bride and her wedding planner sister (Reese).
Reese has won an Oscar, an Emmy and two Golden Globes in the 33 years of her Hollywood career.

Reese recently came under fire for making a dessert out of snow.
Shared a TikTok of herself making a winter drink called Snow Salt Chococinno using melted snow from outside.
Fans were horrified and told the actress that snow was dirty and warned that eating it could make her sick.
Confused by the backlash, Reese revisited the video-sharing site on Sunday and explained, “So many people here say snow is dirty, so we got snow out of the backyard and put it in the microwave and it's clear.” .”
