Messmer announces his new tour in Quebec

Messmer hasn't forgotten Quebec. Even though he is currently enjoying great success in Europe with his new tour, for which more than 100,000 tickets have already been sold, the fascinator always had his sights set on returning to this side of the ocean. Next July he will finally open the Quebec leg of the tour as part of the Just for Laughs festival 13Hz.

Messmer's new show will be presented for the first time on July 18th and 19th at the Salle Wilfrid-Pelletier. The “World Champion of Hypnosis” will then take a break before returning with a busier series of performances from October. A total of around twenty dates have been announced for Quebec until June 2025. We can expect more shows to be added throughout the year.

In an interview with Le Journal earlier this month, Messmer explained that the title of his new show, 13Hz, refers to the subconscious zone. “When we're awake, we have a frequency of 21 Hz. And when we start to fall asleep, we drop to 13 Hz. Then we go to 7 Hz. 13 Hz is the subconscious, relaxation, meditation, imagination and creativity that exist there. If I get people to the 13 Hz level, all doors open.”

With his son

On January 11th, Messmer started his European tour in Paris. He will give 75 shows on the Old Continent by the end of June. His son Antoine, who we saw in Occupation Double in the West, is due to join him in a few days and act as his assistant on stage.

Messmer will perform in Montreal July 18-19. He will also play at the Salle Albert-Rousseau in Quebec on November 12th. For all dates: messmer.ca.
