TORONTO – It was late Friday night when the National Hockey League mascots took to the ice in Toronto for the All-Star Game. Sad observation: Yay! is certainly not the mascot with the best cardio.

At the end of the game, when the rules seemed to no longer apply, there was a strange gathering of mascots in a corner of the rink. They appeared to be searching for the black object as Maple Leafs mascot Carlton left his goalie position to cross the ice and score a goal.
