The 25-year-old reality star held back tears as she found herself in the middle of a love triangle with Toby Aromolaran and her former partner Callum Jones.
To comfort her, Toby asked Georgia to list things she was grateful for and took her to a meeting to discuss the consequences of his decision.
However, viewers were taken aback by Georgia's response, as she first cited her “long, natural hair,” which she was grateful for.
She then admitted that she was also grateful for her “eyes” before adding that she was also grateful for her family and friends.
