Sophie Guidolin has shared a snarky post on social media revealing what she thinks about people who claim they have “no time” to exercise.
The 34-year-old fitness influencer revealed on Instagram that she gets up early in the morning to exercise.
“3:30 a.m. on a Saturday means I train before the girls are awake. That means [ex-husband] “Nath can train at 8:30 and I can spend the morning with him,” she began.
Guidolin then railed against people who had little time and didn't train.
“That's why I want to whimper inside when I hear, 'I don't have time, I can't find motivation and I don't have your genes,'” the mother of four wrote.

This came after Guidolin again claimed she was 30 years old when in reality she is 34 years old.
In January, Sophie shared a video of her “Busy Mum 5 minute makeup routine” with a confusing caption.
“POV: You're a busy mom with skin that can barely brush her teeth in the morning, that's a 30 year old teenager,” she wrote.

The head-scratching caption prompted comments from fans.
“A busy mom with skin?” one stunned follower asked, to which Sophie clarified: “With the skin of a teenager… that proves my point even more.”
Sophie is known for making bizarre claims on her Instagram page and in September she was forced to walk back one of her wild statements.
Guidolin revealed that she trains at 3:30 a.m. before railing against those who don't train. “That's why I want to whimper when I hear, 'I don't have time, I can't find motivation, and I don't have your genetics,'” she wrote
Concerned followers expressed concern for her health when she told them that she works out four to five times a day.
The fitness influencer made the shocking confession when a fan asked about her workout routine on Instagram, but quickly deleted the comment.
She later added another comment saying she works out “4-5 times a week” and acted like she was shocked that people “thought” she wrote day after day.
However, the first few comments she deleted suggested otherwise.
