Married At First Sight took a sharp turn on Monday night when Jack Dunkley was confronted about his relationship status outside of the experiment.
During a heated dinner party, fellow groom Jayden Eynaud decided to broach the subject.
“Apparently everyone saw the article about Jack,” he began, setting the stage for a confrontation that had Jack rolling his eyes in anticipation.
The article in question followed allegations from a woman named Courtney Jade, who claimed back in August that Jack ended their relationship under false pretenses to join MAFS.
Courtney's Instagram post accused Jack of breaking up with her right after she met his family.

She further claimed that he had fabricated a “work opportunity in America” to cover up his participation in the show, which was taking place in Sydney.
As the group tried to digest the news, Lucinda comically asked, “Who's Jack?”
Jack then defended himself by downplaying his previous relationship as “casual yet exclusive” before dismissing Courtney as a “disgruntled ex”.
However, fellow contestants Sara Mesa and Richard Sauerman weren't willing to let the matter rest.
Both highlighted inconsistencies in Jack's story.

The conspiracy intensified when Jack accidentally revealed the timing of their breakup, which coincided with his involvement in MAFS.
Lauren Dunn expressed her frustration with Jack's evasion while speaking to the cameras.
“I feel like I'm going to resent this situation if he continues to be full of it,” she said.
