Ryan Thomas showed off his muscular body in a pair of tiny Calvin Klein briefs as he got a very deep tan ahead of his appearance on Dancing On Ice on Sunday.
The 39-year-old soap actor showed off his chiseled abs as he grinned while standing in the spray tan tent.
The dad-of-three showed off his glowing tan as he rocked a mesh hairnet, gave two thumbs up to the camera and joked that he smelled like a cookie.
The former Coronation Street star wrote: “My favorite time of the week! …but I smell like Biscoff Biscuit!”
During Sunday's show, Claire Sweeney became the latest star to leave the series after ending up in the dreaded skate-off with Lou Sanders.

The 52-year-old soap star had taken to the rink for a burlesque performance, where she skated and sang live – despite dislocating a rib during rehearsals
After the skate off, judges Ashley Banjo, Oti Mabus, Jayne Torville and Christopher Dean announced that they wanted to save the “strongest skater.”
The Corrie actress was criticized earlier in the show for spending too much time off the ice while lifting.
The packed show also featured a shocking twist when presenter Holly Willoughby announced there would be a double eviction next week.
Claire gushed about her “incredible” time in the competition and how proud she was to have eight-year-old son Jaxon in the audience.
Adele Roberts opened the show, which saw contestants perform dances from around the world, as she took to the rink with her pro partner Mark Hanretty for a Charleston-inspired performance.
The former DJ, who wore a 1920s-inspired ensemble, scored an impressive 30 out of a possible 40 points as all four judges awarded her 7.5 points.
Full of compliments, Oti gushed: “I loved it, what a brilliant way to open the show.”

While Christopher added: “I'm impressed with the step count and pace, no one else can do that!”
Made In Chelsea's Miles Nazaire was thrown out of his comfort zone as he and Vanessa Bauer performed a ballet on the ice, earning him 30.5 points for his efforts.
Miles achieved the highest score of the series so far, with judge Ashley commenting on his amazing skills despite having no professional dance training.
Meanwhile, Chris said: “Who would have thought there was one [Rudolf] Nureyev is lurking in there?'.
As Miles looked on in confusion, the judge informed him, “He was a very famous ballet dancer.”
Lou was next in line after viewers again claimed last week that she had been deliberately underrated by the judges and labeled the series a fix.
The comedian looked stunning as she hit the rink in a feathered dress with pro partner Brendyn Hatfield.
Oti scored a respectable 6.5, followed by Ashley, Christopher and Jayne, who all gave the funny woman a 6, giving her a 24.5 – her highest score in the competition so far.
Addressing the scoring drama, Ashley said: “Credit to you, you really deserved your high score, it was really nice to see.”
While Oti added: “Keep up the good work because you are now officially on the right track!”.

Fourth went to Amber Davies, who gave Miles the highest score in the series as she and Simon Proulx-Sénécal scored a whopping 34 points for their cha-cha.
During the dance, the Love Island star was thrown into the air and expertly completed a series of complicated lifts.
Presenter Holly exclaimed: “You did it again, that was brave. “You’re always so brave, what you do out there, it’s unbelievable.”
Amber, who looked sensational in a skimpy and sparkly flamenco dress, giggled: “I'm a bit of a daredevil.”
But viewers were livid, with many claiming her routine was “good, but not that good” – and were quick to point out that she hadn't been solo skating.
Others expressed their disappointment at the judges' decision, noting that contestants such as Ryan and Ricky Norwood challenged themselves to a lot more solo skating exercises – unlike the Love Island star.
On Taking to X – formerly known as Twitter – viewers weren't afraid to share their opinions.
“HOW can you rate Ryan lower than Amber?!” I skated alone the whole time, very well too. Amber never once let go of her partner's hand. “Judging sucks this year #DancingOnIce,” one said.
A second echoed the sentiment, adding: “It's crazy how Amber is at the top of the scoreboard with a 34.0.” She hasn't skated alone once and the others have been much better than her routine. She's from an Itv show. Why am I not surprised? #DancingOnIce.'
“I really love Amber and that was a great achievement, but I find it hard to understand how you can rate her so highly when she hasn't let go of Simon's hand the whole time?” “Surely she needs to skate on her own for a bit # DancingOnIce,” another person wrote.

Viewers of the hit ITV skate show were left fuming, with many claiming Amber's routine was “good but not that good” – and were quick to point out she hadn't been doing any solo skating
A fourth user mocked, saying: “How to get the highest score on #DancingOnIce 1. Don't let go of your partner 2. Trip multiple times.” Worked well for Amber.”
“How can they score Ryan the same way they score Amber?!!? He was skating and lifting alone, she was being pushed around! #DancingOnIce Not right,” another viewer commented angrily.
Meanwhile, Ricky Norwood dismissed reports that he had threatened to quit after a heated argument with pro partner Annette Dytrt as he performed a traditional German Schuhplattler wearing lederhosen.
Although the routine, which featured a “German folk remix” by YMCA, was a huge hit with studio audiences, it received a disappointing rating of 23.5 out of 40.
Holly shouted “Oh come on!” as the judges awarded him his points, reminding the former EastEnders star that it was his highest score in the competition to date.
Jayne told the actor: “I didn't think it would work but it did and it made me smile, you've improved so much from last week.”
While viewers at home complained, Ricky was “stuck” with his comedy routine.
One person wrote on Twitter: “Ricky is better than this – way sewn up.”
While someone else wrote: “They stitched Ricky up there! That was the weirdest music they ever played there.”

Many viewers thought Ricky had been unfairly tagged and took to social media to voice their opinion
Someone else wrote: “No wonder Ricky lost his mind this week because he got this crap to dance to.”
Another viewer wrote: “Ricky deserves more, hate him, this version of YMCA…”
While another show may comment: “Ricky is a good sport with his attitude.” Well done. Don't let the judges get you down! #DancingOnIce At least you can skate without holding onto your partner forever!'
“I feel like they did Ricky dirty,” another wrote, while another viewer remarked: “The routine wasn't great and the music was terrible but Ricky is doing his best to improve and he's running.” alone.”
Someone else compared him to former Love Island star Amber Davies, writing: “I thought Ricky deserved a higher score, he did a lot of skating on his own – I appreciate lifts need some work but Amber is in comparison “I barely skated.”

Despite her dislocated shoulder, Claire both skated and performed live, proclaiming, “Nothing is stopping me.”

Then it was Ryan's turn after he was forced to rehearse the hot tango with judge Oti due to his partner Amani Fancy's illness
Once back on her feet, the professional actress joined the actor on the ice as temperatures soared with the routine, which even saw it rain in the studio
The dance scored 29 out of 40 possible points for the couple
A source told Web exclusively ahead of the show: “Last week the feedback from the judges was that they wanted to see more speed and more daring in what Claire took on.”
“She really wanted to push herself this week, but she pushed herself a little too hard and dislocated her shoulder and hurt her ribs.”

Despite the fall, the duo were full of confidence for the show, which host Oti described as “sexy and sensual” and praised the chemistry between the pair.

Last Sunday Holly was forced to apologize to viewers after it sounded like she accidentally dropped a swear word during the show's presentation.
Holly apologized for accidentally saying a “naughty word” during an interaction with her co-host Stephen Mulhern.
She said: “A little earlier Stephen may have startled me and I think he sounded like a bad word had slipped out,” she said.
Viewers admitted they weren't sure if Holly said the F-word or if it was something that sounded similar.
Holly, who will no doubt be hoping to avoid any on-screen gaffes this week, shared a snap of her latest Dancing On Ice look on Instagram.
