Kim Zolciak is asking a court to impose a gag order on her estranged husband Kroy Biermann in their ongoing divorce proceedings.
The Real Housewives Of Atlanta alum, 45, filed new court documents and requested a protective order in her divorce proceedings with Biermann, 38, in her native Georgia, TMZ reported Monday.
The “Don't Be Tardy” star told the court that “some embarrassing information about herself” and Biermann had been released in the wake of the highly publicized split, which has received widespread media attention in the nine months since she filed for divorce excited.
Zolciak said she wants court officials to redact “sensitive information such as certain names and financial records” in court documents that may be reported.
Zolciak told the court that she tried to reach an agreement with Biermann on the matter and once requested that he sign a confidentiality order in the case, which he refused.

She said his refusal to agree to the pact keeping her information confidential led her to believe he was providing personal information to the media in the case.
The acrimonious split made headlines last week when she reportedly accused Biermann of stealing “hundreds of thousands of dollars” in jewelry and clothing from her last May.
In a video posted by TMZ, Zolciak was seen filing a report with Alpharetta police in January, accusing Biermann of theft.
“I asked for them back and he won't give them back,” Zolciak said in the clip, telling authorities that Biermann kept the items in a safe in the master bedroom of her home.
Biermann's attorney, Marlys A. Bergstrom, told the outlet that the allegations against the former Atlanta Falcons player are “not true.”
Zolciak and Biermann are parents to four children – Kroy Jr., 12, Kash, 11, and twins Kane and Kaia, 10.
Biermann had adopted Zolciak's older children from previous relationships – Brielle, 26, and Ariana Biermann, 22 – when they were minors in the couple's earlier years.

In legal documents filed by Biermann in September, the former Atlanta Falcons player asked the court to allow him to put the family's Milton, Georgia, mansion on the market, saying it was near foreclosure.
