Patrick Roy celebrated his second win behind the New York Islanders bench on Monday evening in Toronto.
The Big Apple Club defeated the Maple Leafs 3 to 2.
This was Roy's fifth game since signing with the Islanders. He had already experienced the joy of victory in his first game on January 21st. However, his team then suffered three defeats in a row.

In today's duel, Pierre Engvall scored the equalizer less than three minutes before the end of the third period. The 27-year-old Swede recovered with a jump and pushed the puck behind goalkeeper Ilya Samsonov.
The encounter was also marked by the first goal of Kyle MacLean's career. In the second period, the 24-year-old striker came out of the penalty area and received a pass from Cal Clutterbuck. So he presented himself alone in front of Samsonov and thwarted him with a magnificent backhand feint.
The young man played his sixth career game in the National League. It was also his first point on the Bettman Tour.
The other success of the winners was the work of Mathew Barzal, while Mitch Marner and John Tavares were among the crowd favorites.
Goalkeeper Ilya Sorokin made 29 saves in front of the winner's goal. For his part, Samsonov stopped 26 pucks in the loss.
Roy and the Islanders return to action on Thursday when the Tampa Bay Lightning visit UBS Arena. The Leafs, for their part, host the Dallas Stars on Wednesday.
