“A few weeks ago we had the Mouse Man back and he was setting up traps everywhere.

She added: “We need to start the blockade because I can't live in this house with mice like that. “It's driving me a bit crazy and I just hate thinking about where they go.”

Trinny first revealed to her followers in November that she had to call in the “Pied Piper” to help her with her problem.

She said at the time: “The Pied Pipers are coming.” You think I'm being funny, but in reality we have mice in the house like you can't imagine.

“We have a real plague of mice.” We had these little blue things that we stuck to every plug. They don't work.'

She added: “I don't know how many there are.” “I put my ear to the wall in the living room last night, which I shouldn't have done, and heard so much scurrying.”

Trinny's two dogs also failed to catch the mice and she has now told her followers that she is despondent over her problem.

Earlier this year, Trinny joked that her house was infested with so many mice that it had turned into the rodents' “Ritz Hotel.”

Trinny said the uninvited guests sneaked into her Notting Hill home after her daughter Lyla left for university in Spain last September.

In January, she told the I'm Absolutely Fine podcast that the mice were so fearless that they danced around her kitchen and even played with her dogs – Parson Russell Terrier Lily and Lurcher Daffy.

Last year she split from her advertising guru Charles Saatchi and now shares her home with her stepson and nephew.
