The music video showed Dua speed dating but constantly being disappointed because she had to teach them “how to love them.”
Throughout the video, Dua pivoted to reflect on the constant cycle of dates and the exhaustion that comes with “properly preparing people for dates.”
This is the second single Dua has announced from her upcoming album, due out later this year.
Her first single, “Houdini,” was the first new solo music the Grammy-winning artist released since her 2020 album “Future Nostalgia.”
She has since dropped collaborative songs, including her hit “Dance the Night Away,” which was written for Greta Gerwig's Barbie film.
Speaking about the track, Dua said: “I've been on a string of bad dates and the last one was the final straw.”
“The next morning I came to Caroline and Tobias in the studio and asked how everything went. I immediately announced, “Training season is over,” and like the best next day debriefs with your friends, we laughed a lot and everything came together quickly from there.
She added: “And while it's obviously about that feeling when you're just tired of telling people… men, in this case specifically, and how to date them properly, it's also about that mine Training season is over and I’m growing with every experience.”

The single about dating ironically comes after she confirmed her new relationship with boyfriend Callum Turner
“I've never felt so confident, clear and empowered.” And even though the training season isn't over for any of us, you start to realize how nice it is to find the person to experience it with.
“You stop looking for trainees and are more interested in having someone in the position where you can be and grow with.”
Dua rose to fame with her debut album “Dua Lipa” and her latest album “Future Nostalgia” which nearly surpassed 10 billion streams.
The single about dating ironically comes after she confirmed her new relationship with boyfriend Callum Turner.
The 33-year-old British actor and singer confirmed their relationship after a very public display of affection in Hollywood last month.
Last month, Callum and Dua couldn't keep their hands off each other during a romantic dinner date at Sushi Park.
Callum wrapped his arms around Dua, who cupped his face, before leaning in for a lingering kiss.
The Houdini singer made no attempt to hide from onlookers as she frolicked with the actor on a balcony overlooking the street.
