Poshmark has suspended the account of a Michigan woman who allegedly stole $823,000 worth of clothing and resold the designer duds on the online second-hand marketplace.
According to federal prosecutors, 42-year-old Brandalene “Brandy” Horn was arrested Wednesday for the alleged scheme that netted her more than $750,000 in profits.
She allegedly sold the stolen clothing items between April 2022 and February 2024 from her Poshmark account, where she called herself “Cashhorn.”
On Thursday, Horn's Poshmark profile was suspended, a company spokesperson confirmed to The Post.
Horn is said to have resold stolen designer and luxury items from three unknown rental companies for years and even bragged about her high earnings in a private Facebook group of Poshmark sellers.
“My closet insights for the current year,” she wrote alongside a screenshot obtained by The Post showing that she earned $110,507 between January and May 2023. To achieve the whopping amount, she had sold 609 items.
