When questioned by the regional newspaper, the young woman, who wishes to remain anonymous, particularly denounced “putting her paws on everything.” [son] body” and the actor’s “indecent words” on set.

Gérard Depardieu, 75, was charged with rape and sexual assault in December 2020 after actress Charlotte Arnould filed a complaint denouncing two rapes at the actor's Paris home in late August 2018.

The lawsuit filed by actress Hélène Darras, who accused Gérard Depardieu of sexually abusing her during the filming of a film in 2007, was dropped at the end of December “due to the statute of limitations.”

In December 2023, Spanish journalist and writer Ruth Baza also filed a complaint in Spain against the actor for rape, the crimes of which date back to 1995 in Paris.
