The dance competition revolution will return for a sixth season on TVA next September and it will be a special edition that brings together the best contestants from the first five versions.
24 dancers or groups of dancers compete against each other. Only those who have previously reached the final take part.
At this point we don't yet know which dancers will delight us with breathtaking performances and spectacular revolutions. Further announcements are therefore expected in the coming weeks from Fair-Play, which produces the show in collaboration with Quebecor Content.

“Over the years the caliber of the dancers has never diminished, quite the opposite! For this sixth season, we wanted to do ourselves a favor by bringing back the remarkable numbers from the previous seasons. Emotions will undoubtedly be at their peak and the Masters may have to make difficult decisions in each round as the level will be high,” said Kathleen Vachon, director of variety, entertainment and large formats at Quebecor Content.
Return of the Masters
Lydia Bouchard, Mel Charlot and Jean-Marc Généreux will return to the service as masters and of course Sarah-Jeanne Labrosse will be back as muse and privileged companion of the participants.

“Who better than Sarah-Jeanne Labrosse, who knows each of them, to accompany these dancers in this special edition!” Furthermore, it is a pleasure for us to welcome Lydia, Jean-Marc and Mel back as masters,” explained Fair-Play executive producers Marie-Ève Dallaire and Guy Villeneuve.
Maxime Bissonnette-Théorêt will direct the 12 episodes of 90 minutes each. Filming is scheduled to begin in the coming weeks.
And make room for revolution on tour
Remember that the show Révolution en tour begins on February 22nd at the Espace St-Denis of the homonymous theater in Montreal. All dates and tickets are available online.
