Ice-T was certainly feeling the birthday love as he turned 66 on Friday, February 16, with Mariska Hargitay and his wife Coco leading the honors.
The OG Original Gangster's longtime Law & Order: Special Victims Unit co-star Mariska took to her Instagram page and shared a special birthday message from the set of her hit crime series.
“Hey guys, I'm on set, a very glamorous set – super glamorous on a Friday,” the 60-year-old actress said as she looked directly into the camera while other members of the cast and crew sat just a few feet away Scene worked away.
“We're filming at the morgue, but today is a special day,” she continued. “You want to know why? “It's a happy day, a day to celebrate because it's Ice-T's birthday.”
At this point, Hargitay takes a step or two to the right and wraps her right arm around Ice-T (née Tracy Lauren Marrow), who was all smiles as they addressed their audience together.

Dressed in black and sporting a gray shirt, the New Jack City alum was quick to point out all the action taking place behind them.
'And guess what? “I get to hang out with one of my favorite guest stars,” he said, pointing toward the Law & Order: SVU scene.
After being playful with the camera and bringing it within a few meters of where they wanted to shoot another take, the two actors moved out of the way of the cameras, actors and producers.
“Don’t traumatize people,” they both said almost simultaneously as they left the room.
“Anyway, I just want to tell the world how much I love Ice-T, who quickly reciprocated his love for her.”
“And I wish you all would wish him a happy 87th birthday,” she jokingly said of the 66-year-old.

The two closest people in the birthday boy's life also took to social media to share their love and appreciation for his special day.

Wife Coco Austin (née Nicole Natalie Austin), 44, wrote “Happy Birthday Big Daddy” in a video that features photos of the couple over the years, including their daughter Chanel.
“Happy birthday to the love of my life,” she gushed in the caption. “You are the perfect man for me. I hope you get everything you want in life because you deserve it!”
She added: “Chanel loves you and thinks you are the best big daddy ever lol. 'LOVE YOU!!!!!!!!'
Chanel, eight, also joined in the lovefest for her dad in the comments section.

Touched by the birthday message from the youngest of his three children, the Newark, New Jersey native, who also grew up in Los Angeles, highlighted the photo he posted showing Chanel on Ice's lap as they both gave a thumbs up.
