Who is Rocío San Miguel and why is she locked up?
Rocío San Miguel is the head of the NGO Control Ciudadano and has extensive experience in Venezuela's defense and national security. In addition, she is widely known for her protests and constant opposition to both Hugo Chávez and now Nicolás Maduro.
