They triple the price of their house in six years

86, Chemin de Laprairie, offers 356 square meters of living space over two floors, four bedrooms, as many bathrooms, a double garage, a storage room and a plot of 6,616 m2, equipped with an in-ground swimming pool with views of the surrounding hills.

Recently, the same property was put back on the market for $2,595,000, three times the price paid six years earlier. This residence ultimately sold for $2.3 million, which was 11.4% below the expected price but still 2.6 times the purchase price.

In the most recent three-year municipal assessment roll, this residence was assigned a value of $1,216,900, an increase of 61.6% compared to its previous value of $752,800.

For buyers, a $59,733 transfer tax payable to the City of Bromont will be added to the purchase price.
