In a hilarious viral clip from UFC 298 on Saturday night, a bumbling Mark Zuckerberg is seen looking uncomfortably out of place.
Zuckerberg shocked fans when he appeared in Alexander Volkanovski's corner in California, where he walked to the Octagon with the Australian featherweight and his team ahead of his fight against Ilia Topuria.
The Facebook founder, who trains mixed martial arts himself and was even scheduled to compete against fellow billionaire Elon Musk last year, could only watch as Volkanovski suffered a knockout defeat against Topuria that evening.
But before the competition began, Zuckerberg appeared to be tuned out by his fellow contestants in a very awkward moment that went viral on the internet.
As Volkanovski strips off his tracksuit and prepares to enter the Octagon, footage from UFC 298 shows Zuckerberg looking like a fish out of water as he nods his head to the music in the arena.

In a hilarious clip that has gone viral online, Zuckerberg awkwardly nods to music while being ignored by members of Alexander Volkanovski's team
He then tries three times to help him steal some of Volkanovski's clothes and fails each time, each time with other members of the team tuning out his outstretched hand.
Fans were extremely amused by the meta bosses' embarrassing moment. One wrote on X: “He looks like it's his first day of school.”
Another commented: “Poor Zuck, like no one will notice him.”
A third said: “Dude is crazy nervous standing in front of all these cameras trying to look normal.”

Zuckerberg cheered as the fight progressed and beamed with excitement as he watched Volkanovski compete in the 30th fight of his career.
However, he didn't prove to be a lucky charm as his man was eliminated in the second round of the main event in Anaheim.

Zuckerberg was fully immersed in MMA training and tore his ACL in training late last year.
He has been eyeing a return to the cage in September after revealing that the recovery from surgery “went well”, but he has been unable to stay away from the sport during his competitive absence.
The 39-year-old lives in California, the host state where the event took place in Anaheim on Saturday evening.
