Leticia Jimenez is ready to conquer and conquer the planet. She sings in French, English and Spanish.
After competing on La Voix Junior in 2016 at the age of 11 – she was a finalist on Marie-Mai's team – and then on The Voice Kids in France in 2019, she took part in the 10th season of La Voix with the aim of becoming official start his career as an artist.

She did not arrive in La Voix empty-handed. Not only does she have an impressive voice, but she was also able to draw on her past experiences in front of the camera.
“Since this was my third experience, I got a different perspective because I knew what to expect. There was less stress and I had more control,” she told QMI Agency.
Leticia, who studies humanities at CEGEP, joined Corneille's team after singing Histoire d'un amour by Dalida.
She was spoiled for choice when it came to teams; all the coaches changed their red chairs practically at the same time. They highlighted his vocal technique and his “physical” interpretation.

The young woman was accompanied by her family, including her maternal grandfather, who was very touched by the choice of her song, which well expresses his love for the woman in his life, who suffers from Alzheimer's disease and has lived in CHSLD for years.
“It made him very emotional because it was like he saw my grandmother in me. I look physically similar to her when she was young.”
The man was wearing a promotional bracelet for the song “Invincible,” which Leticia released in 2018. He hadn't taken it off in six years, even when he had to go under the knife and the medical team had to sterilize it. A stroke of luck he refused to remove. However, once she got to La Voix, her grandfather was finally able to remove the bracelet at the end of his performance, a symbolic gesture.
“I still have to find a good luck charm from him,” said Leticia, smiling.

Her grandfather, who was, among other things, a pianist, was a great inspiration to her, as was her grandmother, who was a dancer and a lover of poetry. To wink at them, Leticia also included a verse in Spanish in her rereading of Dalida's play.
“It's a great tool for me, all this cultural baggage that accompanies me in music,” said the 19-year-old young woman in an interview with QMI Agency.
The one who started singing lessons at the age of 4 now strives to combine flamenco and pop music, like one of her favorite singers, Rosalía.
“I want to make flamenco very modern and incorporate French, because Rosalía only sings in Spanish,” said Leticia, who wants to share all her cultural wealth, she who has Quebec and Spain in her.
Kevin Bazinet, who won the third season of La Voix, and Sonny Black help her find her own sound. She already has a few songs available, including the latest, Sola en el Club.
No limits
Leticia Jimenez knows no boundaries. “I want to start in Quebec because that's where I live and that's my world, but if I have to go further, the sky is the limit for me.”
“I dream of a career! That's what I strive for. I know it's a difficult world, it's not easy to get there, but I want to make a living from my music. My grandmother always told me: “You will be a great singer.” Sometimes I think about it and it encourages me to keep going,” added the one who, in addition to dancing, writes poetry every morning and every evening.
