Seemingly stunned by the mishap, the “Material Girl” singer was seen lying on the floor for a moment before jumping up and continuing the show as if nothing had happened.
Several X users took to the social media site to express their shock at the faux pas.
“Someone got fired,” one user joked.
“Grandma will be sore in the morning,” a second person scoffed.
“This guy will never be remembered for anything other than the fact that he beat Madonna,” chided a third user.

It's not the first time the chairs used on the “Like a Virgin” hitmaker's “Celebration” tour have caused trouble.
TMZ reported that Madge may have been placed on the naughty Santa list after a man dressed as the Christmas icon fell while getting a lap dance from one of the singer's dancers during her highly anticipated stop in Washington, D.C. tour in December.
Madonna herself has been the victim of bad falls before, her most memorable being at the 2015 Brit Awards – the British version of the Grammys – when the singer actually fell off the stage while performing her song “Living for Love.”

The sound of her hitting the ground was audible and caused a stir in the 20,000-seat 02 Arena.
Despite her injury, Madonna once again continued her matador-style performance and the audience cheered her on.
After appearing at the Brit Awards, the “Evita” actress explained what happened on Instagram.
“My beautiful cape was tied too tightly!” she wrote, noting that it was from Armani. “But nothing can stop me and love has truly lifted me up! Thanks for your good wishes! I'm doing well!”
