Brandi Glanville's attorneys, Bryan Freedman and Mark Geragos, don't buy Andy Cohen's apology that an “inappropriate” video the Bravo executive sent the “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” alum was a “joke.”

“Any boss who is obviously drunk and encourages his employee via FaceTime video and invites the employee to watch his boss have sex with another employee is simply sexual harassment, by any definition of sexual harassment, even one from NBC was invented,” the Los Angeles-based lawyers said in a statement to Page Six on Friday.

“Why does Andy Cohen get a pass? Any other supervisor at Comcast/NBC who engages in this behavior would be fired immediately.”

Freedman and Geragos claim that NBC “mistakenly gave Cohen too much power” by allowing him to host meetings and his own talk show, and claim the network has “clearly decided that it is too big to fail.” “.

They add that there was “no excuse” for Cohen to say the video he sent Glanville was “a joke.”

“In fact, if it was such a well-known joke, why did he apologize?” Freedman and Geragos ask. “The reason for this is that Andy knows he is in a position of power that allows him to control where and how much Brandi works, which allows him to do whatever he wants and to engage in abusive and harassing behavior behave.”

The co-founder of Freedman & Taitelman LLP and managing partner of Geragos & Geragos concluded: “NBC learned nothing from the cover-up at NBC News,” in remarks first reported by the Daily Beast on Friday Matt Lauer makes Andy Cohen too much money for Bravo to fire him. NBC continues to protect those in power.”

Page Six reached out to representatives for NBCUniversal and Cohen but did not immediately receive a response.

However, a source familiar with the situation exclusively tells us that “anyone who has seen the video can tell that it is clearly a joke.” Page Six itself has not yet received a copy of the clip in question.

We broke the news Thursday that Freedman and Geragos had sent a legal letter to network executives at NBC, Warner Bros. and one of the production companies behind “Housewives,” Shed Media, alleging that many of their employees — including Cohen – sexual misconduct was involved.

The lawyers alleged that in particular, the 55-year-old “Watch What Happens Live” host sent Glanville, 51, a video in 2022 in which he appeared “obviously drunk” and invited the reality star to join him in having sex watching another Bravolebrity.

The latter's identity was not revealed, but Cohen revealed in his response that the person he “jokingly” wanted to sleep with was “Below Deck” star Kate Chastain.

Chastain has not responded to Page Six's requests for comment and has not commented on the situation on social media.

Glanville's lawyers claimed in the letter that it was “an extraordinary abuse of power” when Cohen “bragged” about wanting to sleep with Chastain while “thinking” about their client, as the author of “Andy Cohen Diaries” is to this Glanville's boss at the time.

“It is inconceivable that Mr. Cohen would remain in his post despite this behavior, evoking the bad old days of Matt Lauer and NBC News when profits came before people,” Freedman said earlier in the letter, reiterating his opinion Cohen should be fired become.

He also said Glanville allegedly felt “imprisoned and disgusted” because of the video she received.

Cohen admitted shortly afterward on Thursday that he sent the clip to the “Traitors” alum — but dismissed it as just a joke.

“The video clearly shows Kate Chastain and I joking with Brandi,” the father of two wrote about X.

“It was absolutely meant in jest and Brandi's response clearly showed she was in on the joke. However, it was completely inappropriate and I apologize.”

Can't get enough of Real Housewives?

Page Six reached out to Glanville's rep for a direct response to Cohen's mea culpa but did not immediately receive a response.

While some Bravo fans have criticized the “Most Talkative” author online for airing the video in the first place, others have come to his defense, claiming Glanville is simply retaliating for the claims made against her.

Glanville did not immediately respond to Cohen's statement about the video.

Freedman and Geragos' letter follows a lawsuit filed by Caroline Manzo in January, in which the “Real Housewives of New Jersey” alum claimed Glanville touched her private parts while they were on the “Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip” together in Morocco “ turned.

Although Manzo, 62, did not sue her co-star, she claimed in the lawsuit that producers failed to protect her when Glanville allegedly climbed on top of her, humped himself on her and made other unwanted sexual advances.

Glanville has not yet filed her own lawsuit against network executives, but her lawyers mentioned in their letter that they are considering taking legal action.
