The outing came after Paris made headlines when she covered up all 80 of her tattoos for the Grammys, keeping the focus on her Celine dress.
The singer stepped out in a tiny black micro dress that showed off her legs with black tights.
She wore a black fur coat and accessorized with silver earrings and numerous silver rings.
For the evening outing, she completed her look with a pair of stylish closed-toe pumps.
She wore a stunning custom-made Celine by Hedi Slimane dress and revealed on the red carpet that she had removed her tattoos to keep the focus on the dress.
“I wanted to give this Celine dress its own moment. “I love the piercings, the tattoos, the whole body mod stuff, but sometimes it can distract from the art,” she said.

“When I was on AHS a few years ago, I made a friend, Tyson Fountaine. He did my body makeup for one of my nude scenes,” she told Access Hollywood.
“When I decided to do this with CoverFX, I wanted to call him,” she added, referring to the cosmetics company.
“I had my whole dream team. I had Tyson and Pauly Blanch for the face and Miles Jeffries for the hair. I felt like everyone I love putting this together,” she added.
Her team used CoverFX's Total Cover Cream Foundation to conceal the tattoos for her red carpet appearance.
She also shared a time-lapse video on Instagram of all the work done to hide her tattoos.
The process began at 5 a.m. and took several hours to complete.
The video showed her makeup artist applying Cover FX Gripping Primer to her body to ensure the makeup would adhere to her skin.
Fountaine applied a coat of Pressed Mineral Foundation, then topped it off with High Performance Setting Spray to prevent makeup from transferring [ensure it] took all night.'
